(Body, language, image and other things that can be used) is the introduction chapter of the book (Let the sea eat me: To perform a ferry). The book consists of performance scripts and songs. A collection of discursive texts, appropriating water actions as the crossing, floating, drowning, withdrawing. Utilising those actions to questioning my position as an artist toward the surround, negotiates my research tools, the mental quests and body. The performance departure from staging the text pears with the physical body to compose a poem related to questions regard object, sport, ritual, body challenge. The text constructed from different forms of writing as instructions, poetry and narrative, that transforming lecture-performance display to lyrical-singing gestures.
